Quality and Ethics Policy
We means Tangaroa AB, our employees and sub-consultants engaged by us. The word client refers to companies or organizations that receive our services in return for payment.
Confidentiality
We regard all information obtained in the assignments as confidential and do not use it for our own benefit or enable anyone else to do so.
Unrealistic expectations
We do not mislead our clients by creating unrealistic expectations or promising certain results.
Fees and financial interests
Our independence means that we never accept commissions, compensation or other benefits from third parties in connection with recommendations to a client. We also never have financial interests with third parties.
Professional approach
We act professionally in all respects in our relations with clients, the public and colleagues. We only accept assignments that we have the skills and resources to carry out.
Conflicting interests
We avoid acting in potentially conflicting positions or assignments in parallel, without the prior information and consent of the relevant clients.
Clarification ofthe prerequisites
Before accepting an assignment, we always ensure that there is mutual acceptance of the objectives, scope, consultants involved, work plan and remuneration rules. We also ensure that any personal, financial or other interests that may affect the execution of the assignment are clarified.
Recruitment
We never influence a client's employee to consider alternative employment without first discussing this with the client.
Cooperation with other consultants
We always seek the client's approval if we want to use sub-consultants or otherwise collaborate with other consultants. We only engage and cooperate with consultants who meet our standards of professionalism and who have agreed to this Code of Conduct.
Deviation management
We work continuously and methodically to identify and manage deviations in our assignments. Our method includes both documentation and error reporting and aims to analyze, remedy and evaluate both the way of working and the content for the highest possible quality.
Traceability
We always follow our clients' regulations and requests for both traceability and storage of documentation in our assignments.
